Our Story

Our names are Keith Sheehan and Katie Johnson. In 2016, on a whim, we purchased our first project on Hemlock Street. After taking one year to fully remodel the house, our passion for home renovation grew, and Hemlock Homes was born. We have now flipped four homes and worked on countless client projects in and around the Melbourne, Florida area. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and quality workmanship. In 2021 alone we have completed over 40 projects. We appreciate your support as we continue to grow our business!

    About Keith

    Co-Owner

    Keith is a Melbourne, Florida native. He graduated with his bachelors in business from Eastern Florida State College. Keith began working in residential remodeling in 2015 as an apprentice to his dad, Steve. He proudly works on each and every Hemlock project. He is a master of many trades and an unbelievable problem solver! Keith’s hobbies include golf, spending time with friends and family, and building his dream home. He recently passed the General Contractor’s exam!

    Katie is a Melbourne, Florida native. She graduated with her bachelors in biology from the University of Central Florida. Katie has always had a passion for home design, which grew stronger once Keith started working in the industry. She works along side of Keith on their projects and also behind the scenes estimating, designing, and planning for upcoming projects. Her hobbies include hanging out with her family, running, and building her dream home!
